I have been on hold for the last 4 hours and they keep apologizing to me. Their auto attendant is programmed to hang up on you when you say billing. Instead it sends you to their website that doesn’t take care of app subscriptions. There is a phantom charge on my credit card an reaching the billing department is so far impossible. Im on hold again this morning. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM ITUNES AGAIN!!!! #apple #itunes
